I guess, you have some problems with Boost.
Please, use 2> error.log >out.txt to redirect error output to file and send me the results.

Hi,

I'm quite a newbie for this topic, but I successfully built my first coin and gui wallet.
I have several questions, I hope you can help me.

1.) I can start the daemon, and also can start the simplewallet which is not able to mine. But mined coins are remained as unauthorized (or similar I can't recall right now). Why could this be happening?

2.) If I start the daemon, gui wallet could not be started on the same machine. Is it a normal behaviour?

3.) After starting the daemon and opening both ports on the firewall (on TCP), it seems noone else could connect to the daemon. Why could be this happening?

Thanks in advance.

Hi guys!

I built everything as indicated, however, I have several questions.

1.) GUI wallet couldn't be started, if the daemon is also running. Is it okay?
2.) If I start the daemon and also the simplewallet, it can mine coins but they are marked as unauthorized. How could they be authorized?
3.) If I start the daemon, and start the GUI wallet on a different machine, GUI wallet couldn't find the daemon for somewhy. Ports are open, so that couldn't be the problem.
4.) Is GUI wallet able to mine at all?

Thank you!

Ad 1. It's not OK. GUI wallet should start if console daemon is running on the same machine but instead of starting it's own InProcessNode it should work with your daemon via RpcNode. But not vice versa. Daemon shouldn't start when GUI is running. Make sure you have correct ports in sources for daemon and GUI i.e. they should be the same.

When trying to build my coin, this is what I get:

(Had to put it on pastebin because of character limit in here)

Using newest visual studio and Win10 X64
