compilation error

Postby EMU » Thu Jul 23, 2015 12:58 am

When compiling the code I am seeing this message scroll across...

Code: Select all
fatal: Not a git repository (or any of the parent directories): .git
CMake Warning at src/version.cmake:3 (message):
Cannot determine current revision.  Make sure that you are building either
from a Git working tree or from a source archive.

I had forked the code, I have made changes and updated my repository using svn...

Is this an error I should be concerned with?

svn is not git

it expects you to use a git repo.

I am also using Ubuntu 14.04 LTS to get the libraries to compile - could this also be a factor? If so, which distrobution should I be using?

*Update* I did some searching on Ubuntu here in the forums and seems that CN doesn't like 32 bit...
