Cryptonight is mined with CPU. There is no advantage in using GPU.
All you need is a 64 bit cpu, ideally with aes or aes-ni support which is included in all recent cpu's.

CryptoNote was designed for CPU mining only, so AMD Opteron 6344 is the best choice nowadays.

Hello,

I am new here and would like to know if it's possible to mine with a Raspberry PI or a device like the 21 Bitcoin computer.

Thanks

Hi. It's theoretically possible to mine with Raspberry Pi, such kind of miner could be built, but it wouldn't make sense as hashrate would be quite slow.
The same goes for 21 Inc computer - CryptoNote and Bitcoin have different PoW, so this device would work in a much less efficient way for CryptoNote coins.
